For those who have concerns consuming raw veggies due to digestive disorders, Belly Veggies are PRE-DIGESTED during the fermentation process so they are much easier for your own body to break down and assimilate.
While it is not recommended that a person consumes cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collard greens and such veggies raw due to potentially causing under active thyroid issues, the composition of the enzymes during the fermentation process are changed so that they are safe to consume as a cultured vegetable.
Although you can consume Belly Veggies on an empty belly, they are a wonderful arsenal in helping your body digest foods - particularly protein and grain meals so add a helping onto your plate during meals.
